In this section, I worked to complete a full genome annotation of the phage Dirty Boi alongside my team members. I furthered developed wetlab techniques such as a Host Range Assay to find what my phage Ayotoya was able to infect. My control was Gordonia Terrae, a known infectible host, and I tested the EOP of Gordonia Westafalica, Gordonia Lacunae, and Gordonia Neofalicia. 

When annotating the genome of phage Dirty Boi I utilized Pecann, DNAMaster, HHpred, Syntenty, NCBI Blast, and many more programs in order to determine the functions of the phage.
